Correct Answer: The student 3 questions answered incorrectly.

Explanation:

Total marks for correct answered = 22 x 3.5 = 77 marks

Student received 63.5 marks

The rest of marks = (77 — 63.5) = 13.5 marks

For 1 incorrect answer he loss = (3.5 + 1) = 4.5 marks

He loss 4.5 marks for 1 incorrect answer

He loss 13.5 marks for $\frac{13.5}{4.5}$ incorrect answer = 3
