Correct Answer: 1500 Sqm

Explanation:

Let, wide of rectangular = w

Length of rectangular = w + 20

Perimeter = 2(L + w)

= 2(w + 20 + w)

= 2(2w + 20)

According to the question,2(2w + 20) = 160

2w + 20 = 80

w = 30

L = w + 20 = 30 + 20 = 50

Area = L x w= 50 x 30 =1500 sqm
