Correct Answer: 18 minutes

Explanation:

For 30 km the car takes = 60 minutes

For 1 km the car takes =$\frac{60}{30}$minutes

= 2 minutes

Again, For 3 Km the man takes = 60 minutes

For 1 km the car takes = $\frac{60}{3}$ minutes

= 20 minutes

The man reaches the car after (20 — 2) = 18 minutes
